Criminal Law

If you are charged with any criminal offence, including impaired driving, assault and theft, please contact Jesse Gelber.

You should be aware that if you are charged with impaired driving, you only have seven days to appeal the loss of your licence for 90 days, regardless of the outcome of the criminal proceeding.  It is imperative that you contact a  lawyer immediately upon being charged.

Mediation provides a method for settling disputes in a timely and cost effective way.  The parties are able to maintain control of the process instead of relying on a third party like a judge to resolve the dispute. Leigh Harrison is a certified commercial mediator and has training and experience to assists the parties in resolving disputes through the mediation process.
